Purpose

To provide a progress update on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s corporate priorities for 2025/26.

Decision

RESOLVED: that the Education and Children’s Services Committee:

a) NOTED progress on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in Appendix One of the committee report.

b) NOTED the performance against RCP key indicators in Appendix Two of the committee report.

c) CONSIDERED if there is an area of performance which should be recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance Review Board’s workplan.
