Purpose

This report sets out the Council’s additional Planned Highway Maintenance Programme for 2026/27

Decision

RESOLVED that the Transport and Air Quality Committee:

  i.  Approves the additional Highway Maintenance Programme for 2026/27, as detailed in Appendix 1A of this report

  ii.  Approves the increase of the capital programme budget by £60,000 funded from Transport for London grant

  iii.  Notes the list of reserve schemes in Appendix 2A which will be brought forward if there is a need to substitute or defer any schemes from Appendix 1A.

  iv.  Delegates any subsequent changes to the programme to the Director of Growth and Place (Traffic and Engineering) following consultation with the Deputy Leader and Chair of the Transport and Air Quality Committee.
