RESOLVED:
 
The Committee resolved:
 
a) 
The committee are recommended to view the capital programme and the
changes being proposed.
 
b) 
That the revised capital programme and its funding in Appendix A be
recommended to Council for approval.
 
c) 
That the 2024/25 Capital Strategy in Appendix C be recommended to
Council for approval.
