RESOLVED:
 
The Committee resolved:
 
a)  
To note the list, set out in paragraph 4, of contracts due for
renewal between June 2025 and June 2026 and those highlighted with
a total lifetime value above the Key Decision threshold which will
require a formal scoping paper to be submitted to the appropriate
Richmond Committee, and those below the Key Decision threshold
which will be considered and approved by the Procurement Board (PB)
and, approved by the Chief Executive as Chair of the Officer led
Procurement Board. Due to the standard procurement project
lifecycle being 18 months or longer, this report highlights
contracts due to be re-let from June 2025 to June 2026;
 
b)  
To note general updates within the report; and
 
c)  
To note and support the key themes within paragraph 4.20 which will
form key elements of the new Procurement Strategy to be developed
in 2024 and subject to a further report to this Committee for
approval.
