Purpose

To deliver the agreed commissioning strategy
for accommodation-based care and support services for adults with a
learning disability in Richmond.

This decision was delegated to The Director of Adult Social
Services and Public Health at The Adult Social Services, Health and
Housing Committee on 3rd October 2022, postponed from 8th September
2022

Content

The SSA Executive Director of Adult Social
Care and Public Health has approved the award of four contracts for
an initial period of 4 years from 1st April 2024 to 31st March
2028, plus the option to extend for up to a further four years
(2years+2years) at an indicative value of 4,742,356.89 per annum
and 37,938,855.12 over the contract length including maximum
extensions.
