Purpose

To award a parking enforcement contract
jointly with Wandsworth Borough Council, whilst maintaining
individual Borough parking policies to APCOA Parking UK Ltd for a
period of 5 years from 1st August 2024 with an option to extend for
a further 2 years. This replaces the current Richmond contract with
Saba parking which concludes 31st July 2024.

Quality Committee APPROVE an award of contract be made to
Bidder C from 1st August 2024 for 5 years with an optional
2 year extension.
