To consider an updated version of the Children
and Young People's Plan for Richmond.

RESOLVED that the Committee:
 
a) 
commented on the draft Children’s and Young People’s
Plan for 2024 to 2028, and noted the priorities and actions
proposed by the Youth Council;
b) 
noted that sign-off of the final Children’s and Young
People’s Plan rests with the Health and Wellbeing Board.
