Purpose
To agree a new adult statutory complaints
procedure for dealing with adult social care complaints. The
procedure sets out how the council applies The Local Authority
Social Services and National Health Services Complaints (England)
Regulations 2009, a description of the discretionary elements of
the adult statutory complaints procedure and how the procedure
interacts with other processes, including those of commissioned
care providers.
