Purpose

To provide a mid year (Q2) progress update on
Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2023/24.

Content

RESOLVED:
That the
Committee:
a) NOTED progress on
Richmond Corporate Plan actions set out in Appendix A.
b) NOTED the
performance against Environment, Sustainability, Culture and Sports
RCP key indicators in Appendix B.
c) AGREED that no
area of performance should be recommended for consideration as part
of the Policy and Performance Review Board’s current
workplan.
