RESOLVED that the current list of items
on the Forward Plan for Committee business be noted with the
following additions and amendments:
 
1. 
There had been an additional item added to the Forward plan since
its publication, the item, submitted by Charles Booth will be an
update on the Education High Needs Capital Programme.
2. 
An update would be presented to the Committee in April on the
outcome of the CAMHS review and associated Integrated Care Board
(ICB) funding methodology.
 
Before closing the meeting the Chair updated
the committee on the matter it referred to the Policy and
Performance Review Board (PPRB) at its previous meeting on 9
November 2023. The referral requested that the PPRB review the
Council’s current Housing Allocations Scheme to establish if
anything more could be done to prioritise housing vulnerable
families, children with SEND and those on the social care queue (or
nominated by AfC) within the borough both for permanent and
emergency temporary accommodation. This referral was due to be
considered by the PPRB at its next meeting on 13 February 2024.
