Purpose

To provide a mid year (Q2) progress update on
Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2023/24.

Content

RESOLVED: That
the Committee:

a) 
NOTED progress on Richmond Corporate Plan actions set out in Appendix
A. 
 
b) 
NOTED the Adult Social
Services, Health, and Housing performance against RCP key
indicators in Appendix B. 

c) 
AGREED that there is no area of performance
which should be recommended for consideration as part of the Policy
and Performance Review Board’s
workplan.
