The Committee
resolved:
 
a) 
To approve of a positive revenue budget of
£125,000 in 2024/25 only for phase 2 of the project, as
detailed in the report, which will include the delivery of a vision
for Richmond Town Centre in 2024/25 and which will point to a Phase
3 spatial framework coming forward in 2024/25.
 
b) 
To delegate authority to the Director for
Environment and Community Services to put in place appropriate
governance arrangements to steer and manage the consultants
appointed to deliver Phase 2, this will include a
timetable.
