Purpose

A report detailing the costs and benefits of
the Ham Close community facilities being delivered as part of the
wider Ham Close regeneration.

The Committee resolved:
 
a) 
To note the costs set out in Table 1 and;
 
b) 
To approve the additional capital funding of
£2.1m to deliver the Ham Close Community Facilities, financed
out of additional CIL receipts arising from the wider estate
regeneration.
