Hub contract to Richmond Carer’s Centre for a period of four
years from 1 August 2024 at an estimated total value of
£2,331,959 plus annual inflation uplift (70% London Living
Wage and 30% CPI).

RESOLVED: That the Committee:
APPROVED a direct award of the Richmond Carers’ Hub
contract to Richmond Carers Centre for a period of four years from
1 August 2024 at an estimated contract value of £582,990 per
annum, a total value of £2,331,959 plus an annual
inflationary uplift (70% London Living Wage and 30% CPI) over the
full contract term.
