RESOLVED:
 
The Finance, Policy and Resources Committee: 
 
a) 
reviewed the capital programme and the changes being
proposed.
 
b) 
approved the revised capital programme and its
funding (Appendix A).
 
c) 
approved the Prudential Indicators as set out in
Appendix B.
 
d) 
noted the work currently being undertaken to review
the Council’s capital strategy to inform future priorities
for addition to the programme.
