RESOLVED:
 
The Finance, Policy and Resources Committee:
 
a) 
Noted the update to the Medium-Term Financial Strategy and the
further work to be undertaken in the lead up to setting the 2024/25
Council Tax.
 
b) 
Recommended that Council approve the Medium-Term Financial Strategy
including the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts Strategy.
