Purpose

To consider the recommendations of the mental
health commissioning review and to authorise the establishment of a
delivery team for their implementation

Content

RESOLVED: That
the Committee:
 
a) NOTED the findings of the Mental
Health Commissioning Review;

b) CONSIDERED the recommendations of
the review presented in paragraphs 3.12, 3.14, 3.16 and 3.18
(noting that these are subject to refinement through stakeholder
engagement); and

c) RECOMMENDED to the Finance,
Policy and Resources Services Committee
the approval of a positive revenue budget addition of £85,526
in 2025/26 and a full year for the permanent cost of the dedicated
delivery team.
