Cost of Living Support Update

The Committee
resolved:

 

(a) 
To note the continued response of the Council to
help residents and businesses through the cost
of living crisis;
(b) 
To note the proposed allocations of £3.933m,
of which £1.253m is funded from the Council’s Emergency
Funding Reserve, to fund the initiatives summarised in Appendix
1;
(c) 
To note that Tranche 3 of the Household Support Fund
was spent in full and note the allocations for Tranche 4 of the
Household Support Fund, as outlined at paragraphs 35 to 37.

(d) 
To note the proposed approach for the second phase
of the programme, as outlined at paragraphs 40 to 60;
