The Committee decided that having regard to
the particular nature of the business to be transacted that the
press and public be excluded during consideration of the report on
the grounds that it was likely to disclose exempt commercially
sensitive information by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 A (as
amended) of the Local Government Act 1972.
