Update on utilities contract renewal.

Content

The Committee resolved:
 
a) 
To support the award for a four-year contract to
purchase electricity and gas via the LASER Framework to supply
cost-effective utilities from October 2024.
b) 
To support the plan to explore PPA options for the
Council with a start date of approx. 2027 where financially
viable.
c) 
To support the purchase of REGO certificates
attributable to the Council’s energy use.
