The Adult Social Service, Health and Housing
Committee considered the ward concern submitted in accordance with
Council Procedure Rule 33.2. from Councillor Andy Hale (Barnes
ward) regarding “social housing and especially boot housing,
its high proportion being in Barnes and the experiences of
residents including damp and mould, communications and some other
serious major repairs with long timelines”.
