corporate plan (RCP) actions and KPI results plus proposals for
23/24 RCP actions and KPIs

Content

RESOLVED that the Transport and Air
Quality Committee:
 
  i.  Note progress on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP)
actions set out in Appendix One.
 
  ii.  Note the performance against RCP key indicators in
Appendix Two.
 
  iii.  Agree the proposed RCP key actions for 2023/24 set
out in Appendix Three.
 
  iv.  Agree the proposed RCP key indicators for 2023/24
set out in Appendix Four.
 
  v.  Agree that Council be recommended to adopt the
Corporate Plan
 
  vi.  Consider if there is an area of performance which
should be recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and
Performance Review Board’s workplan.
