Purpose

A delegated decision was approved in January
2024 to introduce a new zebra crossing in Arragon Road following an
informal public consultation. These changes required a statutory
public traffic management order (TMO) consultation which was
undertaken in February 2024, with representations considered within
this report.

Content

The SSA Executive Director of Environment and
Community Services:

i) approves amendments to waiting restrictions in Richmond Road
detailed in paragraph 7.3, for which no representations were
received;

ii) notes the representations to proposed waiting restriction
changes in Arragon & Amyand Park Road(s); and approves the
officer recommendation to introduce the changes as advertised, set
out in Appendix A (with proposal plans shown at Appendix B).
