Purpose

To provide a progress update on Richmond
Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2023/24. Proposals for RCP actions and key
indicators for 2023/24 will also be included in this report for
scrutiny.

The Committee resolved:
 
a)   To note progress on Richmond
Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in Appendix One.
 
b)   To note the performance against
RCP key indicators in Appendix Two.
 
c)   To note the proposed RCP
key actions for 2024/25 set out in Appendix Three.
 
d)   To note the proposed RCP key
indicators for 2024/25 set out in Appendix Four.
 
e)   To consider if there is an area
of performance which should be recommended for consideration as
part of the Policy and Performance Review Board’s
workplan.
 
f)  To recommend the Policy and
Performance Review Board review how to improve the linkages between
social housing providers and partners such the police and community
safety groups with a view to addressing cases of anti-social
behaviour.
