Purpose

The survey tracks public perceptions of the
local area, the Council and the services it provides in order
to:

• Ensure the Council’s priorities are informed by
residents’ views
• Help measure the Council’s success in delivering its
corporate objectives
• Understand how successfully the Council is communicating and
engaging with residents

The Committee
resolved:
 
a)   Note the findings of the latest
Residents’ Attitides survey, action taken, and action
planned.
 
b)   To refer the performance of Planning
Services to the Policy and Performance Review Board for more
detailed consideration.
