Councillors Sehra and Pollesche declared a
disclosable interest in Item 11, the Capital Programme Review, by
virtue of being trustees of Whitton Community Centre and left the
room during consideration of this item.
 
Councillor Fleming declared a non-disclosable
interest in Item 11, the Capital Programme Review by virtue of
being a parent of a pupil at Teddington School.
