RESOLVED:
 

1. That Cabinet notes the Land Management
Framework approach.

2. That Cabinet approves the draft Land
Management Policy.

 

Reasons for Decisions:
There is a pressing need to
understand our land-based assets from an opportunity as well as
risk and liability perspective which in some cases is considerable.
This Framework and Policy will enable informed business cases to be
developed so these assets can be effectively managed and decisions
made about how they are used to maximise value and control costs
and risks, and where appropriate disposed of.
