RESOLVED:

That Cabinet notes progress against areas for improvement
identified in the Adult Social Care Operations and Commissioning
CQC assurance process.

2.   
That Cabinet notes the CQC Reablement rating.

3.   
That Cabinet notes the CQC In-House Services report.
 
Reasons for
Decisions:
 
To provide assurance that Adults Wellbeing and
Health Partnerships (AWHP) has a robust improvement programme in
place to respond to the learning from CQC assessment, with
appropriate governance and performance monitoring.
