Surrey County Council, jointly with Elmbridge Borough Council and
Mole Valley District Council, submitted the joint LGR Consultation
Response to the Minister of Local Government and English
Devolution.
 
The Consultation Response,

submission cover letter which was jointly drafted by Surrey County
