The Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and
Infrastructure: 
1.     
Approved the terms for the Council to enter into an Option
Agreement as outlined in the attached part 2 draft
report. 
2.      
Delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive, Executive
Director of Resources and Section 151 Officer in consultation with
the Director of Land and Property to finalise the transaction and
conclude the associated legal agreement documentation as outlined
in the attached part 2 draft report.
