Resolved:

1.   
The Leader agreed to fund the full amount requested of
£474,373 (out of a total project cost of £867,534, 55%)
comprised of:
 

·        
Up to £474,373 of capital funding towards the creation of a
new skatepark to be paid in staged payments, on evidence of
spend.

·        
Including 5% to be held by SCC until final evidence of income, expenditure,
building control and completion sign-off.
 

2.   
The Leader authorised Legal Services to seal the Funding
Agreement.
