That the Cabinet Member formally
declares the asset surplus to operational requirements (in
consultation with The Leader and Deputy Leader).

 

That the Cabinet Member approves the
sale of 108 Vicarage Road, Sunbury upon Thames to the party at the
price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2 report
including the price variation mechanisms.

 

That the Cabinet Member delegates
authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of
Resources (s151 Officer) in consultation with the Cabinet Member of
Property, Waste and Infrastructure to finalise the transaction and
enter into all associated legal agreements.
