To consider the month end budget report and
make any recommendations as appropriate.

Content

RESOLVED:
 

That Cabinet notes the
Council’s forecast revenue budget for the year.
That Cabinet approves the transfer
of funds received in a legal settlement of a litigation case to
Earmarked Reserves, for use during 2025/26 and 2026/27, as set out
in the Part 2 Report.
That Cabinet approves the re-set of
the 2025/26 Capital Programme to £298.5m.
