RESOLVED:
 

1.   
That Cabinet endorses the updates to the Sustainability Strategy
for Schools and approves the publication of the updated
Strategy.
 
Reasons for
Decisions:
 
The Sustainability Strategy for Schools is a
key document used by schools and education stakeholders in
considering short-, medium- and long-term actions to address
challenges which impact the future sustainability of
state-maintained schools in Surrey. It is necessary to review and
update the strategy to ensure that the best and most up to date
information is published to accurately reflect shifting educational
policy and demographic changes.
