That the Cabinet Member formally
declares the asset surplus to operational requirements.

 

That the Cabinet Member approves the
sale of 40-42 St Martins Close, East Horsley, KT24 6SU to the party
at the price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2
report including the price variation mechanisms.

 

That the Cabinet Member delegates
authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of
Resources (s151 Officer) in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Property, Waste and Infrastructure and the Director of Land and
Property to finalise the transaction and enter into all associated
legal agreements, including price variations.
