RESOLVED:
 

That the Cabinet Member approves to
fund the full amount requested of £499,900 (out of a total
project cost of comprised of £596,703, 84%) comprised
of:

·        
£499,900 of capital funding towards the development of the
woodland trail and playzone to be paid in staged payments, on
evidence of spend.

·        
Including 5% to be held by Surrey County Council (SCC) until
final evidence
of income, expenditure and completion.
 

That the Cabinet Member authorises
Legal Services to seal the Funding Agreement.
