RESOLVED:
 

1.   
That the Cabinet Member approves to fund the full amount requested
of £499,000 (£2,434,300 total project cost; 20%),
comprised of:

·        
£499,000 of capital funding towards the development of the
community building to be paid in staged payments, on evidence of
spend.

·        
Including 5% to be held by SCC until final evidence of income,
expenditure, building control sign-off.

·        
Noting that funding would be conditional on;
i.         
All other funding in place prior to release of YFS funding.
•          
Tender completed and final costs confirmed.
 

2.   
That the Cabinet Member authorises Legal Services to seal the
Funding Agreement.
