That the Leader approves the 2025/26 BCF S75 agreement between SCC
and Surrey Heartlands ICB.

That the Leader approves the 2025/26 BCF S75 agreement between SCC
and Frimley ICB.
3.
That the Leader authorises SCC Legal Services to sign and seal the
above Section 75 Agreements on behalf of SCC.
