Purpose

To provide the Mayor with an overview of the key achievements
and success for highways and transportation infrastructure
improvements delivered in the past 12 months. The report will
• showcase the schemes that have been delivered so far.
• highlight the success of Highways and Transport in
developing and delivering highway and traffic safety projects
• discuss successful (in/external) collaborative working
to
achieve results.
The report will discuss next steps including
• how we will embed a delivery culture within the service with
a focus on continued collaborative working to deliver the
council’s objectives.
• Share information about projects on the horizon.
