Purpose

This report presents the contracts being procured during quarter
three. The report also sets out the Contracts Forward Plan at
appendix 2 to this report.

The report asks for confirmation that all contracts can proceed to
contract award after tender.

DECISION
 
1.   
To note the contracts set out in Appendix 1 to the report.
 
2.   
To agree that all contracts can proceed to contract award.
 
3.   
To authorise the appropriate Corporate Director, following
consultation with the Mayor, to award those contracts following
appropriate procurement exercise.
 
4.   
To authorise the Director of Legal to execute all necessary
contract documents in respect of the awards of contracts agreed
above.
