Purpose

This report will set out performance for Q3 showing progress on
the strategic plan priorities and all reportable strategic
measures.

recommendations were amended at the meeting and agreed.
 
DECISION

 

1.    
To note the strategic delivery and performance report for Q3
covering the period of 1st October
2024 to 31st December
2024.

 

2.    
To note the status of 56 performance measures in Q3 tracking
the delivery of Year 3 of the Strategic Plan 2022-2026 (See
Appendix A to the report).

 

3.    
To agree to the establishment of Cabinet Member Departmental
Performance Panels.
