The reasons for
urgency were agreed. The recommendations were slightly amended at
the meeting and agreed.
 
DECISION:
 

1.    
To approve the procurement of a two-lot framework which will
competitively procure a two-supplier, closed conventional four-year
framework (as 1+1+1+1) in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023
which will deliver specialist services to support people rough
sleeping in Tower Hamlets to support the borough’s efforts to
end rough sleeping.

2.    
To authorise the Corporate Director of Housing and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Mayor in Cabinet, to award a
contract to the two best scoring suppliers following the
procurement exercise referred to in recommendation 1
