DECISION:

 

1.    
To note the recent developments in relation to the homecare
contracts direct awards, uplifts and next steps.

 

2.    
To note the options and recommendations set out in exempt
appendix 2.

 

3.    
To agree Option 2 which is to make direct awards to cover the
interim arrangements with incumbent suppliers B to E but not
supplier A (as detailed in the exempt appendices).
