Purpose

This report presents the contracts being procured during quarter
four. The report also sets out the Contracts Forward Plan at
appendix 2 to this report.

The report asks for confirmation that all contracts can proceed to
contract award after tender.

DECISION:
 

1.    
To note the contracts set out in Appendix 1 to the
report.

 

2.    
To confirm that all listed reports may proceed to contract
award by the appropriate Corporate Director following consultation
with the Mayor following an appropriate procurement
exercise.

 

3.    
To authorise the Director, Legal Services to execute all
necessary contract documents in respect of the awards of contract
referred to above.
