Purpose

This report covers information on
the gender pay gap 2025. The information in the report is as at 31
March 2024, in line with legislative reporting requirements. As of
April 2018, the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public
Authorities) Regulations 2017, specified that organisations publish
information relating to the differences in pay between men and
women – the Gender Pay Gap - on an annual basis.
