out the Housing Management Strategic Risks and how they are managed
and/or mitigated by Housing Management services.

DECISION
 
RESOLVED that the Mayor in Housing
Management (Cabinet) Sub-Committee:
 

1.    
Approves the Risk Map and risk scores as at Appendix 1 of the
report submitted.
 

2.    
Notes the control measures outlined within Appendix 2 of the
report submitted to effectively manage and mitigate the risks
outlined across the Housing Management
service. 

Reasons for the decision

Overview of
Strategic Risks for the Housing Management Service is part of the
Terms of reference of the Cabinet Sub Committee and reflects strong
Governance.
 
Effective risk
management is key to meeting our statutory obligations and the
requirements of the Consumer
Standards.
