Grant-making authority from Strategic Investment Pot funding for
Inclusive Growth and LIFT Affordable Workspace Project has been
delegated to the Chief Executive. This decision is to accept two
grant award recommendations, following a competitive expression of
interest process to identify workspace providers who can deliver
the affordable workspace contractual funding outputs of both
projects.
The funding for the LIFT programme expires on 31/03/24, making the
appointment of a provider and grant disbursement urgent.
