Purpose

The report seeks the formal approval for the Council to enter
into a contractual agreement with London MEP to complete the
mechanical and engineering works and commissioning at Mellish
Street for the sum of £300,810.95.

DECISION
 
1.   
To authorise the Corporate Director, Housing and Regeneration
to waive the requirement to subject this purchase to competition as
required by the Council’s Constitution
 
2.   
To authorise the Corporate Director, Housing and Regeneration
to enter into a contractual agreement with London MEP to complete
the mechanical and engineering works and commissioning at Mellish
Street for the sum of £300,810.95.
