Purpose

Approval is sought for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to
enter into main contract with Kier Construction (London) for the
construction of Mulberry London Dock Academy School. The contract
which incorporates PCSA and Early Works agreements is valued at
£66,000,408.

The report also notes the Equalities Impact Assessment as set out
in Paragraph 5 of this report.

DECISION

 

Approve the final amended contract to Kier
Construction (London) for the construction of Mulberry London Dock
School for contract sum of £66,000,408
as recommended by the Employers Agent and set out in
the Commercial Price Evaluation Report (Appendix 1 to the
report).
