Purpose

Cabinet will be asked to approve the Spitalfields
further informal engagement in November 2023 which consisted of two
in-person workshops and a webinar.
Preparation of a draft document was carried out over December 2023
and January 2024. Formal public consultation took place from
early-May to mid-June 2024. A wide range of community groups,
residents, landowners, and other stakeholders have so far engaged
with and will continue to be consulted on the SPD.
